This message goes out to the b team, the bench warmers, the not-so-goods,

To those whose complexion seems to give them the power of invisibility,

He sees you,

To those who’ve moves into a new foster home every week,

He wants you,

To those who can hack the pentagon with a calculator but has no clue how a baby is made,

He befriends you,

To those who wonder what its like to talk on the phone,

He calls you,

To those who never get picked to play a game,

He chooses you,

To those who always answered the door for someone else,

He came for you,

To those whose only friend is pain,

He comforts you,

To those who wonder if they’ll make it through the night,

He died for you,

To those who have no hope,

He rose for you,

To those who wonder what love really is,

He loves you.

Who is this man who cares so much about you?

Well he is no ordinary man,

No he is Jesus Christ, God’s son, God lord almighty.

In Matthew 9:13 he says,

As Jesus was going down the road, he saw Matthew sitting at his tax-collection booth. "Come, be my disciple," Jesus said to him. So Matthew got up and followed him. That night Matthew invited Jesus and his disciples to be his dinner guests, along with his fellow tax collectors and many other notorious sinners. The Pharisees were indignant. "Why does your teacher eat with such scum?" they asked his disciples. When he heard this, Jesus replied, "Healthy people don't need a doctor sick people do." Then he added, "Now go and learn the meaning of this Scripture: “I want you to be merciful; I don't want your sacrifices.” For I have come to call sinners, not those who think they are already good enough."

And again in Matthew 5:3-11 he says,

"God blesses those who realize their need for him, for the Kingdom of Heaven is given to them. 4 God blesses those who mourn, for they will be comforted. God blesses those who are gentle and lowly, for the whole earth will belong to them. God blesses those who are hungry and thirsty for justice, for they will receive it in full. God blesses those who are merciful, for they will be shown mercy. God blesses those whose hearts are pure, for they will see God. God blesses those who work for peace, for they will be called the children of God. God blesses those who are persecuted because they live for God, for the Kingdom of Heaven is theirs. "God blesses you when you are mocked and persecuted and lied about because you are my followers.

You see,

He didn’t come for the worlds record breakers,

He came for those who nobody notices,

He didn’t come for those whose looks can stop rush hour traffic,

He came for those whose face can break a mirror,

He didn’t come for those who can buy a 747 on a whim,

He came for those who struggle to get a single loaf of bread,

He didn’t come for those who can run faster than a cheetah,

He came for those who wonder what walking is like,

He didn’t come for those who can beach press a bus,

He came for those who struggle to lift a sack of potatoes,

He didn’t come for those who can crush concrete with the fist,

He came for those who couldn’t squish a marshmallow even if they tried,

He didn’t come for the Kim Possibles of the world,

He came for the Ron Stoppables.

He didn’t come for those who rule the world from lofty palaces,

He came for those who are imprisoned behind iron bars,

So,

For those whom the world considers useless,

This message is from the one, who thinks you’re useful,

For those whom the world considers nothing,

This message is from the one, who says you’re his everything,

For those the world constantly beats down,

This message is from the one, who picks you up,

For those whom the world considers worthless,

This message is from the one, who considers you priceless,

For those the world enslaves,

This message is from the one, who sets you free.

So, b-team, b-team,

Whatcha gonna do, Whatcha gonna do,

When He comes for you.
